I was catching catfish left and right! Like usual at the place:D Then it started to cool off quickly and we left soon after that. Fun day overall though with the guys!

Only saw one Trout jump and the rest of the time NOTHING! Now for the boogie man story…..Well, we had drove up to the boat ramp area and tried fishing some faster and bigger water. It was getting dark and I was fishing close to a bend on the river. I looked back and I see a guy upstream from me…thinking that it is dad, I sneak up behind him..with him out in the water a few feet, its harder for him to hear me. So I’m sneaking up behind him in the somewhat dark, I jump behind a tree and start making noises…stomping in the leaves, shuffling my feet, then I peaked around the tree and I could see him looking in my direction…Shuffling my feet in the leaves some more, I then JUMP from behind the tree and ROAR! Looking at the guy more closely, I notice, ITS NOT EVEN DAD! The guy said something but I had no clue what! I slowly walked off and went to find the person I was looking for..HAHA!!!
Cloudy and quite a bit cooler. Fished past Carver. Started off with tons of bites aroud these big rocks and then fish on! Had it on for a few seconds and then POOF! It was gone! Started to fish my way up river, casting as I walked, and had few strikes. Came up to a tree submerged in the water, casted, and bam! Fish on! This time I got it in and was only a small rainbow at most 8″. Was hung up a ton on the bottom rocks. Lost a few flies, which made me kinda mad. lol. Overall, I fell two times and banged my knee both times, but fishing was still fun!

So you know what that means? Head to the beach where its 30 if not 40 degrees cooler. So thats what we did. Was picked up Thursday evening and headed to Garibaldi to stay with Betty and Reberta at their beach house. It was so much nicer there. Fished Friday afternoon with some sandshrimp out behind the house and ended up catching 7 fish; 4 bottom feeder fish, 2 Greenling, and 1 Surf Perch. The Bottom Feeders were at most 7″. The biggest Greenling was about 13″. The Perch was like 13″-14″. Overall the beach was super! GRAND! Food was great. People were great! What more can you ask for?!!

-Above photo, 14″ Surf Perch caught on Sandshrimp.

Party starts at 8:00 tonight. Haha just kidding. The parents went to Mud Lake in Idaho for a funeral for Kathy’s mom “PUG”. Even though she was cremated they are having some sort of Ceremony for her. They come back Monday night. I’ve got to watch these ladies cats down the road and on the instructions for me it says: if cat with brown and white goes down as in dies, call these people for euthanasia. Then it said something else with the other cat because its getting old. I have to carry it down the stairs because it starts to breathe heavily after coming down stairs. The owners are worried about it. So great these cats are gonna die on me!!! Hopefully not. Or else its gonna be crazy calling all these people for euthanasia or whatnot!

Going one way was about 2,300
miles and after that we continued on to
Arkansas to see family. Entire trip was about
5,500 miles in all. But was worth it to see
Geoff graduate and to see family and scenery
along the way.

This was at the Alamo right in the heart of Downtown San Antonio. These ladies were doing “who knows what?!”but it was funny to take the picture. NOTICE the lady in the pink is looking over at me thinking, why is that guy taking pictures of us!!! HAHA…O Well.

Started the day off at about 1 p.m. and went down to the church . We hit some golf balls in the large field. Some of them went really far and we were afraid that they were gonna hit the cars driving by. We had Buddy and Racecar with us in hopes they would chase the balls and bring them back and also get some excercise. But Buddy was runnin’ around in front of me and eventually laid down and offfffff courseeee and I knew it was going to happen, I hit Buddy in his forearm. He went crazy. Whining and doing circles. But it didn’t appear it was broken or anything. He was ready to chase the ball right after the incident. He still is limping though. We were hittin’ some of the balls about 150 yards but then there were some that only plopped right in front of me. Once we hit about 150 balls, we had to pick them all up, which was sooooo much fun.NOT! After we picked all the balls up I noticed that I was getting a blister so I popped it. That wasn’t fun, nor was it a very good feeling. I put some antibacterial stuff on it and HOLY COW, I WAS FREAKIN YELLING!! It was stinging so bad! Later on we played basketball and I defended my title of the UNDEFEATED! 7-0. Played some tennis after that and it was pretty fun but we were not doin’ so well at hittin it back and forth. Tomorrow we’ll see what it holds.
